The Flammability Tester Machine for Toys is a precision testing instrument used to determine the flammability characteristics of toys as specified under IS 9873 Part-2 and ISO 6941. The equipment evaluates how toy materials react when exposed to a controlled flame source under standardized laboratory conditions.

The machine features a stainless steel test chamber designed to minimize air disturbance, ensuring accurate and repeatable test results. It supports vertical and 45° specimen orientations, allowing compliance with multiple testing clauses of IS 9873 Part-2.

Equipped with an ISO 6941-compliant burner, adjustable flame control, and dual digital preset timers, this flammability tester offers precise control over ignition time and flame application. The rigid stainless steel specimen holding assembly ensures stability even at elevated temperatures, preventing bending or distortion during testing.

All structural and functional components are manufactured using stainless steel, brass, and powder-coated mild steel, with chrome plating for superior corrosion resistance and long service life. The equipment is supplied with a NABL calibration certificate, making it suitable for NABL-accredited laboratories, R&D centers, and quality control departments.
