The Clamping System CS-630 is a precision-engineered fixture designed for securely holding sector-shaped cable samples up to 630 mm² for accurate low-resistance measurements. It is ideal for cable manufacturers, testing laboratories, R&D facilities, and quality-control departments that require stable, reliable, and repeatable testing.
This system includes two Bakelite plates, each fitted with heavy-duty clamps and a knife-type mechanism to hold the cable ends firmly in place. The heat-resistant, durable Bakelite construction ensures high insulation and long service life, even under continuous testing conditions.
Each clamp is equipped with two high-quality terminals, allowing stable test connections and minimizing contact resistance during Kelvin Bridge or micro-ohm measurements.
