Product Description

The Digital Profile Projector PP-250-DRO is a high-precision optical measuring instrument designed for accurate dimensional inspection of small components. By projecting the magnified silhouette of a part onto a front screen, the system allows operators to evaluate shapes, angles, radii, and dimensions with exceptional clarity and accuracy.

Equipped with a 10x magnification lens and a crisp 8-inch projection screen (expandable to 10″ or 12″), the device ensures clear and distortion-free visualization. The unit features a digital micrometer for precise linear measurement and supports an optional DRO system, allowing X and Z axis measurements to be viewed directly on the front panel.

The PP-250-DRO optical comparator includes dual illumination sources—one beneath the sample for contour projection and another above for surface illumination. This enables users to analyze edges, boundaries, and surface profiles with maximum flexibility. An integrated angle setting disc allows sample rotation from 0° to 360° in 5° increments, making it ideal for inspecting angular components.
