Product Description

The Ageing Oven 4 Cell AO-251DL (HMI) is a high-precision thermal ageing system designed for accurate and consistent evaluation of cables, polymers, and insulating materials. Developed in line with ISO 188 Method A, IEC 60811-501, IEC 60811-1-2, IEC 60216-4-3, IS 10810 Part 10 & 11, BIS: 694 (2010) standards, this model ensures stable temperature control and reliable performance during extended ageing cycles, including continuous 7-day testing.

Each of the four ageing cells operates independently, featuring its own PID controller, digital temperature indicator, airflow meter, and hour meter. This ensures complete control, precise monitoring, and uniform heating across all cells with ±0.2°C accuracy.

A key highlight of the AO-251DL model is its integrated data logger, which allows simultaneous temperature recording of all four cells. Data can be easily transferred to a USB pendrive and reviewed as an Excel file that logs readings every 30 or 60 minutes—making compliance reporting and test documentation effortless. A printer option is available for users requiring hard-copy records.

With its intuitive HMI interface, robust construction, and dependable long-term performance, this ageing oven offers excellent functionality, ease of operation, and extended service life. It is an ideal solution for cable manufacturers, test laboratories, and QA departments requiring high-accuracy ageing and temperature monitoring.
