2. Products Without Return/Refund

Supports & Orthoses
Such products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
3.1. Eligible Items
We accept return, replacement, or refund requests for eligible products — especially electronic and electrical medical products — provided the request is made within 5 days of delivery.
3.2. Conditions for Replacement
Replacement is available if:
The item received is unused and undamaged
It is in the original packaging
The claim is made within 5 days of delivery
For orthoses and support products, replacement is possible ONLY for size mismatch or defect issues.
4. Partial Refund Situations
We may grant partial refunds if:
The item is not in its original condition
The product is damaged or missing parts through no fault of our own
The item is returned after 5 days from delivery

6. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method — usually within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be issued to the same card/account used for the purchase.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
