2. Products Without Return/Refund

Certain products do not qualify for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, or product nature. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports & Orthoses
    Such products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

3.1. Eligible Items

We accept return, replacement, or refund requests for eligible products — especially electronic and electrical medical products — provided the request is made within 5 days of delivery.

3.2. Conditions for Replacement

Replacement is available if:

  • The item received is unused and undamaged

  • It is in the original packaging

  • The claim is made within 5 days of delivery
    For orthoses and support products, replacement is possible ONLY for size mismatch or defect issues.

4. Partial Refund Situations

We may grant partial refunds if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The product is damaged or missing parts through no fault of our own

  • The item is returned after 5 days from delivery
